Return and refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

Items must be in new condition in original packaging. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Shipping Policy currently only ships products within Puerto Rico and U.S.

All orders leave our facility within 1-3 business days.

Our preferred carrier is USPS – all shipping charges are calculated by USPS based on weight and distance.

All orders are shipped standard; however, if you want your order expedited please call customer service – additional charges may apply.

You will receive email confirmations when your order has been placed, shipped and received to keep you aware of the status of your order; if you don’t receive an email, contact Customer Service at the number above to ensure your order is being processed.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Q7 Calle Gardenia, Carolina PR 00985.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
